Refund & Payment Policy

This policy describes payment terms, billing cycles, and refund conditions for APYbot's paid subscriptions.

1. Payment Methods and Pricing

APYbot accepts the following payment methods:

Telegram Stars

• Monthly plan: 290 Telegram Stars (~$29/month)
• Processed via Telegram's native in-app billing interface using Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing

On-Chain Cryptocurrency (USDC / USDT)

• Monthly plan: 29 USDC or 29 USDT
• Annual plan: 199 USDC or 199 USDT (~43% annual savings)
• Accepted on Arbitrum, Base, and TRON networks

2. Subscription Activation

Paid access is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. For Telegram Stars, activation occurs right after the Telegram check-out callback. For cryptocurrency payments, activation occurs upon automated block confirmation via Alchemy webhooks or our network poller. Monthly subscriptions provide 30 days of access; annual subscriptions provide 365 days of access.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments: Strictly Non-Refundable

All on-chain cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable.

By the immutable nature of decentralized blockchain ledgers, cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed. By initiating a payment in USDC or USDT on Arbitrum, Base, or TRON, you formally acknowledge and agree that refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances. Furthermore, APYbot is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses, wrong smart contracts, or unsupported networks.

4. Telegram Stars Payments: Non-Refundable

Telegram Stars payments are non-refundable through APYbot.

Because Telegram Stars purchases are processed directly by Apple App Store and Google Play Store through Telegram's platform, our developer API does not possess the technical capability or authorization to issue manual refunds or chargebacks for Stars. For payment inquiries or billing disputes regarding Telegram Stars, please refer to Telegram's Terms & Privacy or contact Apple/Google App Store support directly.

5. Exception: Extended Service Outage

If the APYbot core service experiences unplanned, continuous downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to internal infrastructure failures directly within our control (excluding upstream outages from Telegram, DeFiLlama, Neon DB, or blockchain network congestion), paid subscribers may request a proportional service credit or extension for the affected period.

To request an outage credit:

• Contact support at @DeFi_APY_bot
• Provide your Telegram User ID and the exact dates/times of the outage
• Upon verification, we will extend your active subscription period proportionally within 14 days

6. Subscription Cancellation (/cancel)

You may pause recurring subscription billing or opt out of future renewals at any time using the /cancel command inside the bot:

• Your paid access and premium features remain active until the current pre-paid subscription cycle expires
• No further charges will be billed after cancellation
• No partial refund is issued for the remaining unused days of the billing period
• Your watched assets list and settings remain intact

7. Account Deletion (/delete)

If you execute the self-service /delete command:

• Your active subscription is terminated immediately without partial refund
• All your personal watchlists, threshold configurations, and alert histories are permanently wiped from our database
• This action is irreversible and immediate
